eXistenZ (1999)

Directed by David Cronenberg
Writing credits David Cronenberg
Genre: Action / Adventure / Sci-Fi

My rating: 3 weird but nice men!

Although with a cast that includes Jude Law (drool), Callum Keith Rennie (drool, drool) Willem Dafoe (small drool), Christopher Eccleston (small drool) and Don McKeller (another big drool) this movie must be great!

Although it was weird and quite a good story idea with new technology grabbing everyone by the kahunas at present and the lovely men in it made it worth watching thru the cheesy bits.

Only watch this if you like cal/jude/don/willem!

Callum Keith Rennie plays Hugo Carlaw, a cashier in a game store as well as a pugilistic member of the Realist Underground.

CALLUM KEITH RENNIE, who plays a gun-totin' rebel and a bespectacled game store manager, relates, "He looks like he's going to help Pikul and Geller and give them information they need to know. Then he emerges again as somebody else who also seems like he's going to help, but in a very different way."

Jennifer Jason Leigh stars as a computer programmer who creates a virtual-reality game that taps into the players' minds.
